The panel discussion will be moderated by Wayne Roberts, food activist and chair of the Toronto Food Policy Council. The panelists include Chef Brad Long, owner of Veritas and co-host of Food Network Canada’s Restaurant Makeover, Chris Wong, co-founder of Young Urban Farmers,  Debbie Field, Executive Director of FoodShare and inaugural winner of the Green Toronto Award for Local Food and Tammara Soma of Sustain Ontario and the Toronto Youth Food Policy Council.
