you can spend the evening with Executive Chef Doug McNish who will share his favourite recipes for creating amazing meals without heating up your kitchen (that’s right, no ovens or dehydrators required).
He’ll be rolling raw sushi, massaging and marinating a killer kale salad, tossing zucchini and kelp noodles in a simple marinara sauce and serving up two decadent desserts: chocolate avocado truffles and a berry cobbler.
If you’ve been interested in learning more about raw, vegan cuisine then this workshop is the perfect introduction. If you simply enjoy watching a master at work and sampling all of the delicious results, then you’ll leave happy and satiated.
The amazing menu is free of animal products, gluten and soy. Recipes and samples will be provided.
